Throughout the process of placing speakers and filling in all our session details, we’ve heard from a number of people that there’s some real interest in having a few truly-geeky sessions at the event, where potential app developers can learn from those who know their way around the API.
And who knows their way around the API better than Twitter themselves?
Today we’re pleased to announce a new afternoon developer breakout on Day 1 of the conference. The three sessions have been crafted and will be led by Doug Williams from Platform Support at Twitter.
For the full description of the new sessions, check out the new addition to the grid.
We think the launchpad is going to be very cool. It’s an opportunity for new developers to, well, launch their apps in front of a live audience. The details are still a little bit sketchy, but essentially, we’ll be taking entries and allowing eight developers to show off their stuff on stage.
We’ll be voting for the best app, of course. Mmmmm, a contest!
Stay tuned for more details. Or you can just follow our Twitter account for updates.
